About our construction work

Exterior work that holds when everything else has to lean on it.

Construction is what happens when the scope gets too big for a single trade. A retaining wall that needs footings and drainage work, an exterior structure that has to tie into existing framing, a repair that reveals problems worth addressing properly — this is the work we take on when there’s a lot riding on the result. We’ve been doing it out of New Milford since 1999, working across Connecticut and New York.

For larger builds, we produce 3D drawings before anything gets started. You see the scope, the layout, and the sequence — so there are no surprises when the work is underway. On repairs, we take the time to understand what failed and why before we close anything up.

Exterior repairs that address the cause, not just the symptom. We work in wood, masonry, and concrete — whatever the situation calls for.

Concrete footings, grading, and site preparation for hardscaping, fencing, and structural builds. The part of the job that determines whether everything above it holds.

We put together a detailed estimate. For hardscaping and larger builds, we produce 3D drawings so you can see exactly what you’re approving before a shovel goes in the ground.
Build, clean up, walk through together

We do the work, clean up the site, and walk through the finished project with you before we leave. We’re not done until you’re satisfied.
