Who we are
Exterior Services LLC is a family-owned contractor at 13 Old State Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. You can reach us at 203-797-8563. This policy covers this website and the quote forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.
Quote and estimate forms on this website
When you send our estimate form or our commercial snow quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your town or property address, and the details you add about the job or property.
The forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Your submission is stored in our Netlify account, where we read it. We use it only to contact you about your request, give you a quote and schedule the work.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you request a quote through an Exterior Services ad form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name, phone number, email and the property details you enter. We use them only to respond with a quote and schedule service. Meta handles the form on its side under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your browser and device, your approximate location and how you found the site. It also counts when someone taps a phone number, a quote link or sends a form. It does not receive what you type into our forms.
You can block Google Analytics with your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Like any web host, Netlify also processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages to you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the services named above that run this website and our ad forms.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Call us at 203-797-8563 or write to us at Exterior Services LLC, 13 Old State Rd, New Milford, CT 06776.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
